My name is Donna D'Amore, owner and partner with my husband Jack. Jack and I opened ART WITH A PULSE TATTOO in 1993 in Colorado Springs. We developed a loyal and true clientele over these last 17 years. We were the 3rd oldest shop in the Colorado Springs area and had been voted BEST TATTOO SHOP from 1995 through 2006. There IS a reason why...! We are so very pleased to be serving here in Pismo Beach now. I can't wait to meet all of the wonderful people in the area.
